Our Sports Massage room as also taken off brilliantly in the last 5 weeks, I already have returning clients and have helped loads of people with back problems, injuries and Plantar Fasciitis.  I work from a room in Fusion Studios, Harris Bank, Birtley DH3 2LN.  I work Mondays 08:30-16:00, Tuesdays 08:30-17:00 and Saturdays 08:30-18:00

SPORTS MASSAGE -Our NEW venture

I have now completed my Level 3 VTCT Sports Massage course, I thought it would be a great addition to my qualifications as it will help my clients.

I have rented a room from Fusion Studio in Birtley and will be Massaging Mondays, Tuesday and Saturdays starting from the 20th June.

Taylors Training is one of our classes we offer (Muscle Tone Fitness). – this class is  our Strength and Conditioning Circuit, which has increased everyone strength and sculptured our clients into a more toned figure.
