I have been personal training with Catherine Agar Taylor PT for 4 weeks now and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it so far. She is so encouraging and really takes time to make sure my technique is correct to achieve maximum results. And we have a giggle along the way! My goals were to lose weight, gain strength and generally get fitter. I can really feel the difference, my skin looks better, my clothes fit better, I am much stronger and fitter. Had my weigh in and measurements done this morning and am delighted with the results. Half a stone off, dropped a dress size and that is even with being quite naughty with my eating (and drinking) on a weekend. Well it is Christmas!!!
